Alley Angler Report
Conditions are improving following the rain from a couple of days ago. We haven’t had any additional rainfall since the last storm, and rivers and creeks are steadily dropping after the major blowouts.
Most streams and rivers should be in fishable shape by early next week. The smaller tributaries are already producing, and we’ve received reports of fish still being caught in those areas.
Air and water temperatures remain inconsistent, so fish are likely a bit unsettled and not fully locked into patterns yet.
Recommended baits: spawn sacs, jigs, beads, streamers, and flies should all produce once water levels drop and clarity improves.
The Barbie Rod Tournament is today — good luck to everyone involved!
